With over 15 years of logistics and site management experience, Todd built a career managing commercial projects exceeding $20 million. Through these large-scale building experiences, the concept for Sable Custom Homes was born. Prior to founding Sable, Todd successfully started and financed another home building company, which he strategically grew and later sold.
As a passionate builder committed to delivering homes of exceptional quality, Todd understands that true craftsmanship is achieved through constant supervision and meticulous attention to detail at every stage of construction. His hands-on approach and deep knowledge of the building process ensure that every home is built the right way — built to last and built to be proud of.

Heather Johnson
Heather is a passionate and driven real estate broker associate specializing in new home sales and custom home design. A proud Baylor University graduate, she brings over a decade of hands-on experience in real estate, residential construction, and commercial projects - giving her a unique perspective on every phase of the home building journey.
Known for her sharp eye for detail and around-the-clock dedication, Heather partners closely with clients to turn their ideas into beautifully built realities. From selecting the perfect homesite to finalizing design details, she ensures every decision feels effortless and every experience exceeds expectations.
